HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATION TRAINER – Kaltim Based
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop material of HE (excavator, bulldozer, motor grader, skidder, backhoe loader, compactor, etc.) operation training;2. Identify training needs of existing HE operators;3. Contribute in reducing number of HE accident due to miss operation;4. Involve in recruitment and selection process of HE operators; 5. Responsible in SIMPERing (Surat Izin Mengemudi Perusahaan) for HE operators; 6. Develop skill development and assessment record system for HE operators.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Minimum Senior High School (SLTA) graduated with 3-5 years relevant experience in similar post; proven skills in operating various HE;2. Workplace training certified;3. Mastering Basic First Aid and OHSE;4. Knowledgeable in training principles and concepts;5. Computer and IT literate; excellent in English and Bahasa; Good level of concentration; Able to motivate and facilitate others in learning;High level of initiative and professional- integrity;6. Problem solver and able to work in team;High standard of personal conduct; Preparedness to share knowledge.7. East Kalimantan Based
