Responsibilities:

Build and develop resources to drive business growth.
Directing and monitoring of all hotel operations performance through a team of Managers dan Team Leaders.
Maximising both sales and bottom line through good marketing and sales.
Ensuring that security measures and procedures are in place at all time.
Get employees involvement and ensure good and proper communication within the organization.
Ensure that safe and healthy working practices are implemented at all times
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate
Min 5 year(s) experience at GM or deputy GM level to operate and manage the Hotel on a day to day basis accountable for the day to day operation.
Preferably Senior Management/General Manager specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent. Job role in Hotel Manager or equivalent.
Inspire, passion and motivative employees to perform well.
Age min. 35 years old
Highly motivated with strong leadership and communication skills.
