- Min. 2 years experience in the same position
- Hotel or Tour & Travel background (1&2)
- Fluent both written & spoken English (1&2)
- Has good network and relationship with clients (1&2)
- Strong negotiation skill (1&2)
- Hard worker and willing to work under pressure
- Able to arrange & manage subordinate (3)
- Energetic, creative and inovative (3)
