Ideal candidates should be between 30 to 40 years of age for Manager Level and 20 to 25 years of age for Supervisor and Rank file, hold a relevant degree and possess 2 – 3 years similar experience in 3 to 4 star properties – pre-opening experience is definitely a plus.
