We are a Property Management Company in Indonesia is urgently seeking for positions of:

1. Chief Housekeeper
2. Engineering Manager
3. Legal Manager
4. Assistant Chief Security

General Requirements
· Max 45 years old for manager level, max 35 years old for assistant manager level
· Holding bachelor degree
· Experience in the same position min. 4 years, preferably from property/hospitalit y industry
· Strong leadership and exceptional detail in follow up
· Excellent command of English; written and spoken

Specific Requirements
· Knowledgeable of hygiene, sanitation and cleaning technology (#1)
· Knowledgeable of mechanical and utilities systems with the ability to troubleshoot and implement corrective actions (#2)
· Knowledgeable in legal drafting, agreements and negotiating contracts. Having good relationship with government officials. (#3)
· High alertness, proactive, tough and presentable (#4)
